Coach was surrendered to us by the woman who rescued him from a high kill shelter. She was unable to care for him anymore. He ended up in the shelter after being thrown out of a car and intentionally run over twice. His spinal injuries were severe resulting in paraplegic state. His spine is also severely twisted due to the injury and lack of proper rehabilitation and supportive equipment. He had some aggressive tendencies but now that he had been with us for 4+years he is loving and much more trusting. His mobility although still very compromised is much better and with proper care and pain management he is a happy healthy boy and he loves to give everyone kisses. He came to us from Ohio.
