Came to us as an emergency foster. He was placed with a temporary foster during a divorce situation where they quickly realized that they weren’t equipped to care for a special needs pup. He was born with congenital defects in his back legs. They formed backwards so they are pointed up and don’t straighten. He has adapted and walks on his front legs. He came from MARS and was surrendered back to them by the owner and officially signed over to us. He is a spunky boy full of life and energy.
